What is Shurikon?

Shurikon is an anime and gaming convention ran by DIT Japanimation and DIT GameSoc. It is our second year running.

When is it?

10th of February 2018, in Griffith College Dublin.

How much are tickets?

General Entry – €15
Accompaniment Ticket – €20 (€10 per person) This allows entry for one Adult and one Child.
Family Ticket – €40 (€10 per person) This allows entry for two Adults and two Children.

Will there be tickets available on the day?

Yes. We will have limited tickets for sale at the door.

Can I buy physical tickets from a vendor before the event?

Yes, we will be selling tickets in DIT Aungier St closer to the event date.

Can I apply for an artist of trader table?

Unfortunately the time has passed for artist and trader applications. They will open again for next years event.

Can I apply to be a volunteer?

Unfortunately the time has passed for volunteering applications. They will open again for next years event.

Will there be a cloakroom?

Yes.

Is there wheelchair accessibility?

Yes.

Will there be food?

Griffith college has its own cafeteria as well as a Starbucks and a Subway, however, these facilities will only be open until 3:30 on the day.

What kind of events will be running on the day?

We will have a variety of panels, gaming tournaments, cosplay events, guest events, and much more! You can check out our events page here.
